Orange Malone is collaborating with a growing insurance company to support the finance strategy team in optimizing the shareholder balance sheet for improved shareholder outcomes. This role, which is suitable for a qualified life actuary, will involve leading and contributing to balance sheet and capital management initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing the shareholder balance sheet and key metrics to provide insights on financial strength and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing frameworks for risk appetite, capital management, and liquidity.
- Identifying and executing solutions for balance sheet management.
- Creating and overseeing Group capital and risk appetite frameworks and compliance monitoring.
- Assisting in the preparation of governance and strategy papers and implementing balance sheet solutions.
- Addressing regulatory demands and stakeholder needs.
