Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking an experienced Adults Occupational Therapist for a community-focused role in Somerset. The position involves supporting individuals in their homes to promote independence and improve their quality of life. Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in social care within a multi-disciplinary team is required.
  • Candidates should have a strong knowledge of HCPC guidelines.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory according to immigration laws.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments in clients’ homes and in the office.
  • Document and manage cases accurately.
  • Collaborate with various organizations in the field.

Skills

Relevant multi-disciplinary social care experience within a multi-disciplinary team
Proven partnership working with Social Care, Health Services, Voluntary Agencies and/or Education
Strong knowledge of Social Care practice in line with HCPC guidelines
Confident IT skills for accurate data input
Fluent English (Part 7, Immigration Act 2016)

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
