About the day to day...

As an Audit Assistant Manager, you'll bring curiosity, healthy scepticism, and a questioning mindset. You'll be adaptable, versatile, and confident engaging with both clients and colleagues. This isn't a rigid, heads‑down, desk‑bound role - it's one where you'll be encouraged to step forward and develop through:

  • Gaining experience across a varied client portfolio
  • Optionally supporting appraisees as they work through exams, start their careers, and look for guidance
  • Taking on more complex, higher-risk clients, as well as new and exciting engagements
  • Working toward becoming a Manager, where you'll take ownership of your own portfolio, negotiate fees, and more

The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.
