The Vacancy

Project Managers (All Levels) - Water Services
Location - Flexible

Binnies an RSK Group company is recruiting for Senior Project Managers to join our Water Services Team and support some of the UK's most exciting water industry projects, with opportunities to work flexibly from home, an office base, or a blend of both.

Our Work

We consult, deliver, and manage projects across the sector. Alongside our AMP8 frameworks with :

  • Anglian Water
  • Severn Trent Water
  • Southern Water
  • Thames Water
  • United Utilities
We're also leading high-profile Strategic Resource Options (SRO) projects, including :
  • SESRO for Thames Water
  • Lincs and Fens SRO for Anglian Water
Our diverse portfolio spans :
  • Civil, Process & MEICA Engineering
  • Network Modelling

  • Nature-Based Solutions

All tackling today's most critical water industry challenges.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be accountable for delivering projects to scope, cost, and programme - while exceeding client expectations. You will :

  • Lead and inspire project teams, embedding quality, innovation, and value.
  • Engage with clients and implement effective resource management.
  • Manage contracts across frameworks and standalone agreements.
  • Assess risks (technical and commercial) and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare proposals and costings for new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems while driving efficiencies.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, supporting their career development.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in Project Management (ideally within engineering consultancy).
  • Professional qualification in Project Management and / or an engineering discipline.
  • Strong leadership and commercial awareness.
  • Experience with programme management tools (e.g. MS Project).
  • Proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the water sector (or a transferable industry).
