- Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performance.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a residential or elderly care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
