A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Spanish Speaking Telemarketing Executive to join their team. This permanent role involves hybrid working, where you will generate qualified leads by contacting Spanish-speaking businesses through calling, emailing, and LinkedIn. Previous telemarketing experience is a plus, along with fluency in Spanish. The position offers a basic salary of £25,000, with an OTE of up to £29,500.

Are you confident on the phone and motivated by results? We're looking for an enthusiastic Spanish Speaking Telemarketing Executive/Business Development Representative to join a growing team in a hybrid role combining office and home-based working. You will be contacting Spanish‑speaking businesses and decision‑makers to introduce products/services and generate qualified leads. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for communication, persistence, and building relationships.
Hybrid – Office based in Macclesfield (2 days a week at home and 3 days in the office). Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am-1.00pm (36.5 hours per week) Early Friday finish, regular team, and social events.
