A children's care provider is seeking a Children's Adventure Care Worker in Buxton to support and nurture children aged 8 to 18 in a residential setting. The role requires a caring individual with experience in care and a passion for outdoor activities. Hours: 4 days on, 6 days off (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas are given in advance.
Pay rate: £38,475 to £40,815 per annum.* Includes opportunities to pick up extras shifts / overtime at an enhanced rate
Peak View Assessments Home is a charming converted farmhouse surrounded by the beautiful High Peak countryside. With a trauma-informed approach, this two-bed setting provides therapeutic care that supports emotional healing and personal development.
Over a 12 week placement, our assessment strategy helps us understand what is truly right for a young person and their needs
Every placement provides PACE principles, therapeutic care, access to education and the opportunity to participate in an outdoor adventure programme.
