The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Group Curriculum Director Business to lead the development and delivery of an ambitious, high-quality Business curriculum across our college campuses. Reporting to the Principal, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our provision, ensuring it meets the needs of learners, employers, and funding bodies.
This is a senior leadership role with cross-campus responsibility, requiring a strong focus on curriculum innovation, quality improvement, and operational excellence. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our Business programmes are inclusive, forward-thinking, and aligned with labour market demands.

You will need to hold a relevant degree and appropriate professional teaching qualifications and have significant and successful experience of curriculum management and of improving quality of student outcomes.
