Overview

Lead marketing and communications for Cambridge Science Park, creating content, managing digital channels, and delivering events and PR.

Responsibilities
  • Write compelling copy, edit materials for diverse audiences and formats.
  • Manage all digital channels: website, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), and digital newsletters.
  • Coordinate email campaigns, community updates, and digital communications.
  • Produce and commission high‑quality written, photographic, and video content.
  • Maintain content calendars, analytics, and performance reporting; use insights to optimise engagement.
  • Track campaign performance and report key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Maintain brand identity across all marketing materials, signage, and digital platforms.
  • Manage creative suppliers, designers, and agencies.
  • Use and maintain systems such as CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Support the wider team with day‑to‑day enquiry support.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or digital content management within property, professional services, science, or higher education sectors.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and campaign delivery across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience managing social media, websites, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to film, edit, and produce short‑form video content for social channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands‑on delivery.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative team player.
  • Desirable: experience dealing with C‑suite audiences. Experience liaising with external agencies. Experience delivering the marketing for digital events (webinars, virtual conferences). Comfortable experimenting and learning from experience.
