The Role

Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment to play a key role in delivering our organisational values project. This is your chance to be at the heart of positive cultural change across NHS Lanarkshire.

  • Coordinate diaries and availability for 1:1 values discussions and team sessions across multiple departments.
  • Keep everything running smoothly – from booking rooms and sending invites to tracking progress and producing reports.
  • Work closely with facilitators and team leaders to ensure sessions happen on time and to plan.
  • Be the go-to person for queries and help us keep momentum in this high-profile project.

This role is critical to achieving project milestones within a condensed timeframe. Full-time hours are preferred to meet the high volume of scheduling and coordination required, but flexible working requests will be considered in line with policy.

  • Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
  • Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

Please note this is a fixed term post where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment. The employee MUST already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in Learning & Organisational Development within Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters

The working pattern for this role: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
