West London NHS Trust (WLT) has been commissioned to provide the first female, Level 2 specialist mental health high support rehabilitation ward, based at The Orchard Unit, St Bernards Hospital, Ealing.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated seeking a number of experienced or new Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our dedicated team on Melrose ward. Melrose ward is a 10 bedded Level 2 specialist mental health high support rehabilitation ward, based at The Orchard in Ealing. The service will provide care and intensive support to women with complex mental health needs particularly where previous placements have been unable to adequate support their recovery. The service will offer trauma-informed, gender-sensitive care with staff trained in the specific needs of women, as well as to facilitate family involvement and social inclusion supporting transitions to community settings.
