A leading service provider in the property sector is seeking a Building Safety Case Manager to oversee safety and compliance of high-rise buildings across the UK. Responsibilities include managing the Building Safety Case, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in property management and a solid understanding of building safety legislation. A comprehensive training and support program will be provided to ensure professional growth.
Job Role: Building Safety Case Manager
Location: Field based, Travel required - Leeds, London, Brighton, Leicester
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

The Building Safety Manager oversees and ensures the safety and compliance of all systems, structures, and operations within a portfolio of High‑Rise Buildings. This role entails maintaining the building safety case, closely monitoring safety protocols, conducting building inspections, auditing documentation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and evolving building safety legislation.
