A prestigious dining establishment in Edinburgh is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead its dynamic team. The Roseate Edinburgh, a distinguished five‑star boutique hotel, is gracefully set across two impeccably restored Victorian townhouses. Located just five minutes from Haymarket railway station and under 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport, the hotel offers an elegant city retreat where heritage meets contemporary sophistication. The Dunstane Restaurant & Bar, located within the hotel, showcases seasonal Scottish produce and a thoughtfully curated drinks menu, offering guests and locals an intimate and stylish dining experience. Whether it’s whisky tastings, cocktail evenings, afternoon tea in the garden, or bespoke private events, we aim to create standout moments in every guest interaction.
We are now looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic and growing team.
