Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces and driving a culture of continuous improvement? We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Adviser to join our team and play a key role in supporting health and safety across all areas of our business, including shop floor, testing facilities, trackside, commercial and off‑site teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting departments in developing and maintaining Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and SOPs.
  • Leading accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and action planning.
  • Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and legal standards.
  • Promoting safety awareness through toolbox talks and collaboration with the H&S committee.
  • Advising on COSHH, PPE, and other key safety topics.
  • Supporting contractor control, RAMS reviews, and statutory inspections.
Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Auditing qualification – desirable.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or high‑performance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PUWER, DSEAR, LOLER, COSHH, and other key H&S areas.
  • Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • A resilient, empathetic, and engaging approach to influencing change.
