Job summary
A leading hospitality company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing all maintenance issues within the hotel. This role requires performing daily checks, repairing mechanical equipment, and coordinating renovation projects to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of building management, demonstrate flexibility, and have prior management experience. Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel
- Perform daily checks around the hotel
- Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
- Ensure good relationships are built with customers
- Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings
- Develop and direct emergency programs
- Manage energy conservation programs for the property
- Coordinate renovation bidding and oversee subcontractors
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
- Responsible for the health and safety of the hotel
- Ensure monthly safety inspections take place
