• Proven delivery track record in a demanding Operations environment.
• Experience working in businesses with Trade Union representation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
• Carry out load and capacity planning for the Value Stream.
• Control the budget for the Value Stream, including headcount and productivity.
• Drive improvements for enhanced business results and customer satisfaction.
