A leading facilities management company is seeking a Security Officer/Team Leader for the West Burton Power Station in Bassetlaw. This full-time position involves leading a team of Security Officers, conducting patrols, and ensuring site security. Ideal candidates will possess an SIA Licence and a full UK driving license. EQUANS is recruiting for a Security Officer/Team Leader to be based at West Burton Power Station DN229BL on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,234.31 and benefits package.
3 days on, 3 days off rotating through 12-hour shifts. Day shift 06:00 – 18:00; Night shift 18:00 – 06:00.
You will be responsible for leading a team of three Security Officers on a rotating schedule of 12-hour day and night shifts (three days on, three days off). The team reports directly to the Security Supervisor. This is a physically demanding role that involves conducting patrols on foot and by vehicle. The successful candidate must be capable of producing clear and concise verbal and written reports, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications as well as modern intruder detection and access control systems.
Please note, the successful candidate must undergo and clear a Security Check (BS7858)
