Qualifications

• At least 4 PQE as a mid- or senior-level associate or in-house legal counsel.
• Operate in a high-growth environment, shifting between strategic and hands-on legal work.
• Experience handling corporate legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Enable Apollo’s international expansion.
• Lead the legal work for cross-border employment and immigration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with various stakeholders.
