A leading insurance company is looking for a Finance Operations Change Consultant based in Norwich. The role involves leading Accounts Receivable change initiatives, collaborating with project managers, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of AR processes, experience in process improvement, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This position offers a salary of around £30,000, a bonus opportunity, and attractive benefits including a generous pension scheme and 29 days of annual leave.
Location: Norwich based - 50% hybrid working

You might be an experienced finance professional with a knack for process improvement, or someone who’s worked on transformation projects and wants to make a bigger impact. If you enjoy solving problems, influencing stakeholders, and working across teams, this could be your next step.
You’ll be our go-to expert for AR change initiatives, helping shape and deliver improvements to systems and processes.
