Reporting to the Head of Planning, you will lead the design and delivery of operational solutions that strengthen client partnerships and drive efficiency across our premium parcel network. This role focuses on creating lean, scalable processes that improve service performance and profitability, ensuring our clients’ needs are met through innovative operational strategies rather than sales activity.

You will work closely with Planning, Operations, and Client Development teams to implement solutions that optimise network capacity, streamline processes, and enhance client experience.

At Evri Premium, we deliver better together – combining strong team spirit with cutting-edge innovation. Our mission? To offer the most convenient way to send, receive and return parcels without costing the earth.

This is a role where success is in your hands – we’ll give you the space and support to own your work, innovate, and make a real impact from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing operational solutions that improve efficiency and client satisfaction while supporting commercial objectives.
  • Developing frameworks to engage with internal teams and clients, ensuring solutions are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with lean principles.
  • Leading end-to-end project management for new operational initiatives, from concept through to successful implementation.
  • Acting as the operational lead on client-focused projects, ensuring seamless integration into the network.
  • Collaborating with Planning and Operations to adjust trunking, collections, and capacity plans to meet client requirements.
  • Maintaining and developing booking models and systems to maximise network utilisation and efficiency.
  • Researching and introducing new techniques and processes to enhance operational performance and meet evolving client needs.
  • Supporting onboarding of new clients through operational site visits and process implementation.
