Finance Operations Change Consultant

Location: Norwich based - 50% hybrid working

Salary: circa £30,000

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong grasp of Accounts Receivable processes and is ready to lead change. You might be an experienced finance professional with a knack for process improvement, or someone who’s worked on transformation projects and wants to make a bigger impact. A bit about the job:

You’ll be our go-to expert for AR change initiatives, helping shape and deliver improvements to systems and processes. You’ll work closely with project managers and transformation teams to make sure changes land smoothly and meet Aviva’s standards. This role sits within Finance and connects with wider business programmes, so you’ll have real visibility and influence. You’ll be accountable for setting out AR requirements, supporting delivery, and driving continuous improvement.
