Responsibilities
  • Patients come first; build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Meaningful Workday – Every day develop your team to reach their full potential while making a difference in patients' lives.
  • Lead a cross‑functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws) to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community.
  • Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
  • Run the clinic autonomously with support from the director, regional peers, and the greater company; foster entrepreneurs and continuous improvement.
  • Promote and embody company values in all actions; reward others for demonstrating shared beliefs and behaviors.
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline OR Registered Nurse license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
  • Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Proficiency in intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills; work with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to produce results aligned to business needs.
  • Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.
