We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our on-site catering operation in Leatherhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Chef Manager or a Head Chef ready to take the next step into management.
- Plan and deliver creative, seasonal menus
- Manage food ordering and stock control
- Ensure PCI compliance and complete weekly bookwork
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
- Support and mentor an apprentice through their qualification
- Oversee Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards
- Ensure full allergen and dietary management compliance
