• Bachelor's Degree, proven sales experience in financial technology, with a focus on asset finance, leasing, or loan servicing.
• Strong understanding of the UK and European asset finance and credit landscape.
• Fluency in English plus one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).
• A well‑established network within asset finance and leasing communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• A consultative, client‑first approach to business development.
