We are looking for several channel managers to join our team in London. The market is huge, and we need someone who is excited about developing it further.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
  1. Prospect the market for new partners and collaboration opportunities in for London, UK&EU.
  2. 2. Channel Development and Partnerships
    • Leverage extensive overseas business resources and experience to proactively identify and screen high-quality London / UK / EU channel partners, building an efficient channel network.
    • Lead business negotiations with London / UK / EU channel partners, drawing on best practices of global cooperation models adopted by leading companies. Finalize commercial terms, sign cooperation agreements, and ensure smooth implementation of partnerships.
  3. 3. Business Operations and Relationship Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of overseas London / UK / EU channel business, monitor key performance indicators, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to ensure business targets are met.
    • Maintain regular communication with channel partners nurture strong cooperative relationships, collect market feedback, and provide input for continuous optimization of the company’s products and services.
    • Establish management and enablement mechanisms tailored to channel partners (e.g. training, incentives, process standards).
  4. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration and Risk Management
    • Coordinate internal resources across Product, Business / Commercial, Operations, Finance and other departments to support channel business and ensure efficient project execution.
    • Identify potential risks in business, develop contingency and mitigation plans, reduce business risks, and safeguard the steady growth of the company’s operations.
About You
  • Is fluent in English, German / French / Spanish is a plus;
  • Has 3+ years of experience in sales or business development / channel managements with excellent communication skills; B2B sales background is a plus especially in POS / SaaS / Shared bikes / vending machines or local resources;
  • Is motivated by selling hardware;
  • Is enthusiastic about finding new opportunities and persistent in achieving goals.
