As the NPD Manager, you will spearhead the entire product development lifecycle, from inception to market launch. Your role will involve managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, driving innovation in both product development and packaging solutions.

• A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in successfully launching innovative products
• Proven track record in project management, with experience collaborating closely with third-party suppliers
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
