Imagine this: two 12-month placements in different countries within the EMEA region, followed by a hands-on 12-month finance role. This is a 36-month journey to gain comprehensive experience in all major finance functions and progress toward a finance leadership role within 5–7 years. You will also gain exposure in Operations, Business Development, and Human Resources to understand these essential functional areas.

Our graduate programme is a structured journey with learning and development activities. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• International exposure: Two 12-month placements in two different countries within the EMEA region.
• Programme Induction: A comprehensive introduction to the programme and our broader business.
• Learning and Development: Access to Hilton University, with e-learning courses, language learning, and an online business library. Includes on-the-job and off-the-job learning and business-driven projects.
• Operational Finance and Leadership Programmes: Specialized programmes to hone leadership and finance skills.

• Feedback and Growth: Regular evaluations and feedback sessions to guide development; progress is regularly assessed.

• Globally recognised CIMA Professional Finance qualification: Hilton supports funding and learning for the CIMA qualification, typically completed over about 3 years, alongside placements and the year 3 finance role.

To be considered, you should have:

• Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, hospitality, business or equivalent before the start of the programme.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Eligibility to work within the EMEA region.
• Full mobility across the EMEA region and willingness to relocate for both placements.
• The desire to become a financial leader.
• The ability to manage studying towards the CIMA qualification while working full-time.
• Availability to start full-time employment as of 1 September 2026.
