A leading global hospitality company in the UK seeks candidates for a graduate finance program, offering 36 months of training across different EMEA countries with support for the CIMA qualification. Applicants should have a relevant degree and be fluent in English. This role encourages professional growth and the development of future financial leaders.
Do you have the ambition and potential to become a Leader in Finance? Imagine this: two 12-month placements in different countries within the EMEA region, followed by a hands-on 12-month finance role. This is a 36-month journey to gain comprehensive experience in all major finance functions and progress toward a finance leadership role within 5–7 years. You will also gain exposure in Operations, Business Development, and Human Resources to understand these essential functional areas.
At the core of this adventure is the opportunity to pursue the CIMA professional finance qualification, a globally recognised milestone in the finance profession. The selection process includes online assessments, a competency-based interview with a Finance Director, and an Assessment Centre during the week commencing 16 March 2026.
