A key service sector organization in Lanarkshire is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects and manage an accounts assistant. You will handle financial management, ensuring compliance and accuracy across various financial activities. Ideal candidates will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial records across ledgers.
- Prepare management accounts and variance analysis.
- Supervise VAT and CIS returns and invoice processing.
- Oversee cash book maintenance and loan schedules.
- Prepare statutory accounts for year-end audits.
- Present finance reports at quarterly project meetings.
- Ensure compliance with loan agreements and project deliverables.
