Staff Accountant / Financial Reporting Accountant

$80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)

Annual incentive bonus

Prepare monthly and year-end journal entries and financial statements

Produce client cost/utilization reports and pricing models

Maintain and support internal accounting/reporting systems

Conduct internal audits and account reconciliations

Assist with independent audit preparation and compliance

Collaborate across divisions to support corporate financial planning

Analyze budgets, profitability, and feasibility of new services

Experience with Access database tools for reporting and analysis

Prior exposure to PPO networks or hospital/provider pricing

Familiarity with client-specific reporting or benefit plan modeling

Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings

Comfort working with internally developed financial systems
