They are actively seeking an experienced Finance Manager (EMEA) to cover their EMEA entities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, global finance team, working with European and UAE entities in a business where no two days are the same.
What you’ll be doingAs Finance Manager (EMEA), you’ll take ownership of:
Management accounts – producing monthly management accounts for EMEA entities
Balance sheet control – reconciliations, project revenue & cost accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, tax accounts
Compliance & reporting – VAT returns, Corporate Income Tax reviews, statutory accounts, audit support
Intercompany & transfer pricing – quarterly TP invoicing & reconciliations across related entities
Process improvement – leveraging our new ERPsystem
Business partnering – supporting financial & non-financial stakeholders across multiple regions
You’re a qualified accountant or part-qualified (AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 3–7 years’ experience in a finance role, including:
Producing management & statutory accounts
Understanding VAT & Corporation Tax
Working with multi-entity EMEA structures
Advanced Excel & data manipulation skills
Confidence working under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Bonus points for:
Experience with ERP systems
Construction industry knowledge (CIS or RCT)
