A major UK energy and utilities company seeks a Finance Manager to join its leadership team in Reading on a fixed-term contract. This role emphasizes analytics and reporting, fostering high performance across a substantial operational budget. Candidates should possess strong data skills, substantial experience with senior business leaders, and relevant financial qualifications. The position offers a competitive salary up to £85,000, flexible working arrangements, and numerous benefits, including a generous pension scheme and private medical care.
This role is a crucial member of our Finance leadership team, supporting our Asset, Operations and Capital Delivery Business – with a real focus on (1) setting the teams and our Business Partners up for success through robust planning, analytics and reporting processes; (2) using data to create insight to drive action; and (3) helping the Business drive performance and maximise value across a ~£5 billion operating cost base and £17bn capital programme.
