As an Investment Manager at Better Society Capital, you will engage in identifying, assessing, and managing impactful investment opportunities. • Support the development of new investment opportunities, including identifying social issues or market needs.
• Develop creative and innovative solutions to identified social issues, including building collaborative partnerships.
• Lead prospective investments through the investment process, including project and relationship management.
• Undertake detailed investment analysis of the market and prospective investees.
• Structure prospective investments and present investment recommendations.
• Negotiate legal documents and close transactions.
• Manage existing portfolio investments, evaluating financial and social impact performance.
• Coordinate fund manager reporting and support analysis on impact and financial performance.
• Contribute to key strategic projects and strategic development within BSC's asset classes.
