We are currently looking for a Part time Finance Assistant to join us at our TK Maxx site in Crewe. You’ll handle employee records, prepare contracts, support recruitment and onboarding, manage Time & Attendance, and be a friendly point of contact for HR queries. If you’re organised, detail‑driven, and ready to make a real impact in a fast‑paced logistics environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Working hours for this role are Mon‑Fri, with flexibility regarding the start and finish time, ideally working from 10:00 to 14:00.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
  • Collating the weekly financial/statistical reports to the customer and site management
  • Purchase Order processing and providing support to the Finance team in general, specifically through Company Month‑End & Client Period‑End.
  • Supporting the operational managers in providing day‑to‑day financial support.
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly & monthly financials
