UWC Atlantic is the founding College of the UWC movement, delivering a pioneering IB educational model to 380 students from over 90 countries. Their mission is to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future. They are now seeking a new Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the long‑term sustainability of the College.
Reporting to the Principal and as part of the Leadership Team, you will:

• Align financial strategy with UWC Atlantic’s mission and priorities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning.
• Lead on investment stewardship, procurement and commercial activities.
• Drive operational excellence and compliance across all financial systems.
• Inspire and develop a high‑performing finance team.

You’ll be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in senior financial leadership. You can combine strategic vision with operational expertise, and you can communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
