• At least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience as a qualified accountant.
• 2–3 years’ experience in industry, ideally hospitality or multi-site businesses.
• Strong month-end and variance analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly management accounts process ensuring accuracy.
• Produce insightful variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Manage annual budget and site-level cost reviews.
• Oversee weekly cashflow forecasting and cash management processes.
