My client are looking to employ a Junior Accountant to perform the following duties:

• Assist in the preparation of statutory and non-statutory accounts
• Assist in ensuring the submission of statutory information
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly VAT returns
• Assist in the preparation of Self-Assessment Tax returns
• Undertake projects to support the year end accounts activity.
• Any other duties that are deemed necessary

This vacancy will include the following benefits:

• 5% Pension (The standard pension is 1%!)
• Study support worth over £2.4k per annum
• 23 Days Holiday + Bank holidays (You also get your birthday off!)
• 10%-15% Annual bonus (Based on company performance)

The company mentioned is in the practice sector therefore I am keen to speak with anyone who has experience working within a practice environment, the successful candidate MUST be AAT level 2 as a minimum.
