A facilities management company based in Northern Ireland is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee a team of electricians. You will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance within a secure facility. The ideal candidate has an electrical background, experience managing engineers, and strong customer service skills. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per year, retirement contributions, and comprehensive holiday allowances.

We are recruiting for an electrically biased maintenance site manager to oversee a small group of maintenance electricians completing PPM and reactive maintenance duties on a secure facility in the Belfast area. The role is a permanent position paying £45,000 basic. Pension up to 8% contribution. 25 days holiday (plus stat) rising to 27 days (plus stat). Healthcare after 1 year service. Mon-Fri days 40 hours per week.
