Qualifications

• Candidates must have 17th edition and 18th edition qualifications.
• Experience in electrical building maintenance is required.
• A valid driving licence is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs and reactive works on site.
• Ensure compliance with task schedules and best practices.
• Monitor main plant and equipment within buildings.
• Maintain good working relationships with employees and clients.
• Supervise subcontractors for compliance with site processes.
• Manage the on-site CAFM and Concept systems.
