LEISURE BOOKINGS ADVISOR | £12.37 per hour
We are looking for a Leisure Bookings Advisor to assist the Indoor Activities Management team in ensuring the smooth running of the Sports and Leisure Facilities including, but not exclusively: court and table hire, equipment hire, gym, leisure booking desk, house of games, leisure bowl and the pottery painting studio. You will work as part of a team, support guests with enquiries, operate the bowling lanes, and help maintain equipment safety. The role offers a basic salary of £28,500 plus bonus and is located at Center Parcs Woburn Forest, Bedford.
- Book activities for guests
- Hire out sports equipment, court, and table hire
- Operate bowling lanes and related facilities
- Assist guests with enquiries and provide guidance on facility use
- Ensure equipment safety and conduct checks before activity use
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operation of all leisure facilities
- Work 45 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis; shifts may fall between 07:00 and 23:30, including public/bank holidays and the Christmas/New Year rota
Essential requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues
- IT literate
