Electrical Estimator & Contracts Manager - Office-Based
Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an Estimator / Contracts Manager for an SME Electrical Contractor in Gloucester. The role is predominantly office-based, offering a salary of £40,000 to £50,000, aligned with experience. Ideal candidates will have 17th or 18th Edition electrical qualifications and experience on commercial sites. This position allows electricians to transition off the tools into a rewarding commercial environment while maintaining a strong connection with project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience as an electrician on commercial, retail, or industrial sites.
- High levels of accuracy in estimating and quoting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a commercial environment.
Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate estimates and quotations.
- Producing tenders and compiling detailed tender responses.
- Assisting with contract management and project coordination.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
