Job summary
A high-growth technology firm is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead private-sector commercial strategy across EMEA and APAC. This role involves managing a ~$10M revenue portfolio, overseeing a team of Account Directors, and shaping regional strategies in the dynamic sector of blockchain and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital assets, proven managerial experience, and established connections within the financial ecosystem.

- Lead private-sector sales across EMEA and APAC, managing direct revenue and account growth
- Oversee and mentor a distributed team of 4 Account Directors
- Drive regional strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional alignment with global product and partnership teams
- Represent the business in executive briefings, strategic partnerships, and industry forums
- Deep expertise in digital assets, blockchain, and institutional finance
- Experience working in web3, crypto or blockchain focused startups.
- Proven 1st line managerial experience in the space
- Executive presence with strong stakeholder influence across banks, fintechs, and digital asset firms
- Strategic thinker with a track record of regional growth execution
- Well-connected across the financial institution ecosystem in EMEA and APAC
