2. Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with a wide range of enquiries
3. Creating and updating individual client records and maintaining all client correspondence
4. Ensuring client documents are available on the record system for line Managers
5. Printing and posting of approved correspondence using the franking machine
6. Distributing meeting lists on a daily basis to relevant staff members
