A growing family-owned business in Solihull is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to support programming, documentation, and project planning. This role offers a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits, and promises long-term growth into senior leadership roles. Ideal candidates will have a background in food production or FMCG and a proven track record in pre-construction functions.
