Responsibilities

• Support planning logistics phasing of all projects.
• Preconstruction development of programme; scoping and project controls set up.
• Monitor the progress of construction works and amend methodology as needed.
• Develop a clear plan for contractors adherence to the Environmental Management Plan.
• Ensure build quality and risks are managed appropriately.

SMSTS - 5 days

CIOB or equivalent professional membership
