• Competitive salary of GBP33,000 per annum.
• Opportunity to achieve and maintain BS EN ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001).

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive H&S policies and procedures.
• Producing risk assessments and conducting inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Providing expert advice, guidance, and training to employees and stakeholders on H&S matters.
• Monitoring performance, analysing data, and producing reports on H&S trends.
• Keeping abreast of new legislation and ensuring compliance, especially in the Wickford area.
• Liaising with external regulatory bodies and clients on H&S matters.

• Proven experience in Health and Safety, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
• The ability to be a proactive and self–motivated Safety Specialist.
• A valid Driving Licence, as travel off–site is required.
