Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Part-time options available)
Location: Reading / Home-Based (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) looking for a flexible and rewarding role? We have an exciting permanent opportunity offering a mix of on-site and home-based working, supporting a well-established client.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide a full range of Occupational Health services, including:

  • Audiometry
  • Spirometry
  • Drug & Alcohol Testing
  • Hand–Arm Vibration (HAVS) Assessments
  • Health Promotion & Wellbeing Initiatives
  • Pre-Employment Medicals
  • Phlebotomy
  • Vaccinations
  • Case Management Referrals
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a Registered Nurse (NMC)
  • Have proven experience working in Occupational Health
  • Be confident in delivering the clinical services listed above
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
