FIRST MILK are currently seeking a Site Engineering Manager to enhance their factory and engineering team in Cumbria. This role is an amazing opportunity for someone with a solid technical background and strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and driving forward the innovation in food production processes.

• Inspire and lead a high-performing engineering team, driving engagement and development.
• Own engineering operations, ensuring uptime, safety, and delivery of key projects.
• Champion improvement and efficiency, managing budgets, CAPEX, and process optimisation.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in managing planned preventative maintenance schedules.
• Experience within the Utilities Department
