• Providing technical assistance and product recommendations

• Bachelor\'s degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Optics, Photonics, Physics or Electrical Engineering
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
