Job summary
A leading global service provider in Cardiff is seeking two Employee Relations Specialists to support HR functions across the UK and Ireland. This role involves acting as a key advisor on employee relations matters, managing complex cases, and ensuring compliance with UK employment laws. Candidates should have proven experience in either Employee Relations or HR, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A chance to shape and influence the delivery of employee relations is on offer.

- Proven experience in Employee Relations or HR role with complex casework.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including the Equality Act and Employment Rights Act.
- Confident in advising managers at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide legally sound advice on employee relations matters.
- Manage cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
- Assist with Employment Tribunal preparations.
