• Proven experience in Employee Relations or HR role with complex casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law including the Equality Act and Employment Rights Act.
• Confidence in advising and influencing managers.

• Manage cases across all ER areas including disciplinary and grievance.
• Support Employment Tribunal activity and settlement agreements.
