Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Employee Relations or HR role, particularly with complex casework.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to advise and influence managers effectively in various situations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for managers on employee relations issues.
  • Support and manage a variety of employee relations cases.
  • Assist with Employment Tribunal activity and related legal processes.
  • Contribute to organisational changes and HR policy updates.
  • Utilize ER data for continual process improvements.
